CNR does not provide regulated legal, tax, insolvency or financial advice.
Illustrative pricing
Displayed rates and hours are a non-binding illustration, not an approved commercial price. Amounts are AUD. The sole-trader supplier is not currently GST-registered and no GST is charged. Shared tasks are counted once. Any final scope, fee and tax treatment must be confirmed in writing before an engagement. No payment is accepted here and an enquiry does not create an engagement.
What an engagement would include
Only the agreed investigation, listed deliverables and specified review time. Implementation, travel, legal/tax advice, extra analysis and ongoing support are excluded unless separately agreed. There is no unlimited support commitment. A consulting engagement starts only after a written scope and separate engagement terms have been accepted.
Your inputs and decisions
Results depend on complete and accurate inputs. Consider owner wages, seasonality, funding, working capital and the exclusions shown beside each tool. Obtain appropriate professional advice for decisions that need it.
Content and acceptable use
CNR and its licensors retain rights in original content, code and licensed photographs. You may use your summary for your own business decisions. Do not misrepresent an altered result, unlawfully republish protected content or interfere with the service. Client-owned information remains theirs. We may correct errors and update general information; website updates do not change an agreed engagement retrospectively.
Responsibility and concerns
General scenarios cannot account for every circumstance, and the site may be unavailable. CNR remains responsible for exercising reasonable care and skill where applicable. Raise concerns with CNR; South Australian law applies subject to mandatory rights.
Your rights
Nothing on this website excludes any rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Australian law. Specific engagement terms would be provided for review before work starts.
