Assessment and calculators

Your selections, answers, calculator inputs and optional notes are processed in browser memory. They are not submitted to CNR, saved in browser storage or attached to an email. Reloading or closing the page clears them. Do not enter confidential financial, staff or identifying information into optional notes on a shared device. You can explicitly copy a structured summary to your device clipboard; optional free-text notes are excluded. The website does not send it. If you paste the summary into an email or another service, that service processes the information you choose to share.

Contacting CNR

If you choose to send an email, CNR receives what you include, such as your name, email address and enquiry. It is used to reply, assess service fit and maintain necessary business correspondence. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or create a consulting engagement. Do not send sensitive documents through this initial email route.

Hosting and service providers

The website has no application analytics, advertising pixels, external scripts or form processor. Photographs are served from the website itself. The hosting/network provider necessarily processes connection information such as IP address and request/security metadata. Email providers process messages and delivery metadata. Information may be processed outside Australia; Australian-only storage is not promised. Hosting: Cloudflare Workers (Free plan) — Website delivery and necessary connection/security processing across Cloudflare’s international infrastructure; Australian-only processing is not promised. Email: Cloudflare Email Routing for inbound email; Google Gmail for received correspondence — Incoming email is forwarded to the founder’s Gmail mailbox. These providers process message content and delivery metadata and may process outside Australia.

Retention and security

Assessment information is not retained by CNR. We take reasonable steps to protect correspondence and restrict access to authorised people. No internet service is completely secure. Optional Worker application/request logging is disabled. Cloudflare may retain necessary service/security metadata under its applicable terms and privacy policy; no fixed provider-wide deletion period is promised.

For enquiries that do not result in a consulting engagement, our policy is to review and delete correspondence within 12 months of the last substantive communication, unless continued retention is reasonably necessary for a dispute, legal obligation or another lawful purpose.

This process is managed manually. Information may remain temporarily in email-provider trash, backups or security systems according to the provider's retention arrangements.

Records relating to an engagement are retained according to applicable legal and business record obligations.

Privacy requests and complaints

You can use the tools without identifying yourself. Email hello@cnrhospo.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to make a complaint. We review requests and may ask for proportionate information to verify identity. We aim to respond within a reasonable time and will explain if more time is needed. Requests are considered alongside applicable legal retention obligations. If a complaint remains unresolved, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner may be able to assist where its jurisdiction applies.

This policy describes the contact-only website. Any future submission system requires an updated notice and review before activation.
